A strategic solution for the textile dyeing and finishing industry
SedoMaster is a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) designed to manage the dyehouse or entire textile finishing plant. It provides everyone – from the operator to the CEO – with an integrated solution, allowing them to manage recipes, processes and reports.
The system supports all required interfaces to other systems such as chemical dispensing, recipe management and ERP. This results in an increased efficiency of the processes as well as in the optimization of all machinery and this in cost minimization

Entry-level system for central process control
SedoMonitor is an entry level system for monitoring, administering, supervising and controlling machines equipped with Sedomat controllers from your desk.
SedoMonitor simplifies your work: At a glance you will get an overview of all machines with details like batch status, program state, active batch, active functions, alarms and operator calls. You can sort/group by different criteria, view multiple alarms or show additional information in tool tips. Consult your history data including trend graph and all details. View or edit processes, treatments and additional programs. At the push of a button you can print this information, export it to different formats (e. g. PDF, Excel) or send it by email

Expert system for recipe management and color measurement
The Windows-based software package ColorMaster is an expert system for recipe management and color measurement. In the laboratory the system allows the best and most cost-effective recipe to be calculated. For production, the integrated processes within ColorMaster offer the best possible treatment and define the correct dye program. Colorimetric control for the different production steps and calculations of additions with addition treatments enhance the functionality of the system. To create a dye house with completely optimized automatic production, ColorMaster is, together with the management system SedoMaster, a powerful and necessary tool
Prisma
Easy and fast recipe calculation
The Prisma recipe calculation system provides advanced colorimetric color matching for the use in textile industry, paper industry and leather wet finishing industry. Recipes can quickly and easily be calculated, optimized, corrected, and stored in a clear, easy-to-use recipe database.
As part of the Sedo Treepoint product family, Prisma can be connected to one or several other Sedo Treepoint systems. It can be installed as Client – Server network application

Morapex®
Fast material tests for lab and production
Morapex® is able to analyze and therefore control either raw or dyed material in minutes rather than hours, compared to standard methods. It can be used for textiles (woven, non-woven, knitted, yarn or fibre), paper and leather. The system works according to the method of forced desorption, which means the inner condition of a fabric is revealed.
Morapex® S is a stationary unit developed for a wide range of applications within the laboratory.
Morapex® A is a compact test device for use in production that can operate up to 95°C and the multi-liquor option is able to operate with a wide range of wash liquids
Qtex
Fast and reliable color quality control
Qtex is the ideal tool for colorimetric quality control. The system allows fast, flexible, and competent color evaluation for laboratory and production. Practice-oriented functions support efficient measurement, evaluation, and reporting.
Qtex is a part of the Sedo Treepoint product family and can therefore easily be connected to one or several other systems of the Sedo Treepoint product family. The system can be installed as Client – Server network application
